The opening force of an Injection Molding machine is much smaller than the locking force, so the ultimate reason for failure in opening is that the opening resistance is greater than the opening force. 
In practice, the inability to open a Mold is generally due to the following situations: Firstly, the mechanical origin of the locking mold of the injection molding machine was improperly adjusted when leaving the factory. Being too advanced can cause the mechanism to get stuck. If you often cannot open the mold, you should suspect this aspect and seek guidance from the manufacturer. Secondly, the institution is still stuck. For old machines, this is not the first case, and one should suspect this situation. Generally, adjusting the locking force too much, such as not opening the mold for a long time, system variability, etc., is not good. The root cause of this problem is the problem of the technician's adjustment habits, which is a parameter problem. The solution is very troublesome, you need to remove or loosen the fixing nut on the cross rod. Thirdly, the oil seal of the locking oil cylinder is damaged and leaks oil, causing the actual mold opening pressure to not rise. For this reason, the pressure gauge is useless and the oil cylinder needs to be disassembled for inspection. Fourth: The mold opening solenoid valve spool has poor movement or is stuck, and the spool is not in place. The solution is to disassemble the solenoid valve for inspection. Fifth: Check if the parameter design is appropriate and if the pressure is not high enough. Sixth: There may be a problem with the lubrication of the locking system. Check and maintain.
Unable to open the mold is a relatively troublesome problem in production, which is not frequently produced, but it takes a long time to handle once produced.
